Erklärung zur Barrierefreiheit

Declaration on accessibility

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalisation and Energy strives to make its websites accessible. Websites should be designed in such a way that they comply with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament. The following accessibility statement applies to the website meineverwaltung.nrw and was created on 18 March 2021.

We are currently working on improving the accessibility of the site. However, we ask for a little patience for this, as it is necessary to intervene in the programming of the page in some cases. For example, not every point on the website can currently be reached via keyboard functions and the reading order of some modules is sometimes not correct for screen readers.

In addition to some programming errors, there is one central problem in particular that needs to be fixed: The lack of a contact form . We are making every effort to remove the remaining barriers as quickly as possible.

Conciliation procedure/enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to communications or enquiries about accessible information technology on this website, you can contact the Ombudsman's Office for Accessible Information Technology of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. The ombudsman's office is assigned to the Commissioner for the Interests of Persons with Disabilities and is legally anchored in §§ 10d, 10e BGG NRW and §§ 9 ff of the BITV NRW. With the involvement of all stakeholders, the ombudsman's office tries to determine the circumstances of the lack of accessibility so that the agency can remedy it. The aim is not to find winners or losers. Rather, the goal is to find a solution to a problem together and out of court with the help of the conciliation office.
The conciliation procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal advice either.
